This hotel has only 3 stars but the staff and well appointed rooms make it seem like 5 stars. Large comfortable bed, enormous bathroom and a terrace with table and chairs. I stayed on half-board terms, the buffet breakfast was excellent and copious in choices. Dinner was very satisfying with sufficient choices for each course, water, bread and agreeable wine included. The hotel is situated 5 minutes from the escalator that takes you up to the old town and there is a free car park on the opposite side of the road. Note that both Satnavs and Google maps give incorrect directions when driving to the hotel!

So easy to find in central location just off main road into Toledo. Next to bus station. Reception staff were exceptionally helpful. Our bedroom was huge with ensuite shower and large terrace. Hotel was convenient for the town if you take the escalators otherwise loads of steep hills and steps. Breakfast was a little chaotic with the small area crammed at 0800. Staff rushed and long queues around the seating areas. Parking across road from hotel was easy to do, secure and cheap. Drop luggage off in room first though

A fabulous place to stay. So close to the escalators to take you to the top of the Old Town. Immaculate rooms, spotlessly clean. The hotel offers a 3 course dinner for Euro 20 per person, which includes a bottle of wine. It was great at the end of a busy day. One staff member in the dining room/bar spoke good English and was kind enough to translate the menu for us each day. Such a valuable member of staff. We hope management really appreciate her extra efforts in making our stay so welcoming. Highly recommended.

The location was near perfect, keeping in mind that this hotel is modern and you need to compare this to the hotels in the Old City of Toledo. Our room was really spacious and the balcony astonishingly LARGE! The breakfast buffet was near to excellent. The parking in the basement was very convenient. These staff at reception were great and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel without any doubt. Thank you for the 100% cotton bath sheets, instead of these “ small” towels. This made both of us very happy.

The room was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. It had the benefit of a very large balcony and superb views of the historic centre and surroundings. Ideally situated at the foot of the historic centre with very convenient access via bus, taxi or escalator if on foot. Room service was quick and efficient. The hotel appeared very new and thus facilities were first rate. Highly recommended for those looking to stay in Toledo.
